The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing and optimizing customer service and order fulfillment processes, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. They will work closely with the sales, IT, operations and logistics teams to provide effective and rapid solutions, always prioritizing customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities**: * Optimize and refine the customer service and order processing workflow, implementing technologies and systems for greater efficiency. * Coordinate customer support and resolution of issues related to orders and deliveries. * Manage a customer service team, ensuring delivery times and service quality remain at the highest standards. * Oversee the planning and execution of order shipments, working hand-in-hand with the logistics team. * Handle customer warranty requests swiftly and effectively. **Requirements**: * **Age**: 30\-45 years * **Education**: Bachelor’s degree * **Experience**: Minimum 3 years in customer service roles, leading teams and tackling problem-solving challenges. * **Skills**: High frustration tolerance, ability to handle high-pressure situations, empathy and problem-solving skills. **KPIs** * Percentage of incident-free deliveries. * Warranty claims handled within the stipulated time. * Monthly logistics expense as a percentage of sales. * Order entry errors captured. **What we offer?** * **Base monthly salary**: $35,000 MXN \- $40,000 MXN * **Bonuses**: Quarterly, based on achievement of direct sales channel objectives. * **Benefits**: Statutory benefits, food vouchers, savings fund, cafeteria service (if applicable), among other benefits. * **Work modality**: Full-time, on-site in Aguascalientes.
