Committed to its employees, it offers a positive work environment and invites you to join its team as Plant Manager, Logistics Area. **Requirements:** * Education: Engineering, Business Administration, or related field * Age: 30 to 60 years * English proficiency * Preferably reside in the southern part of the city * Flexible working hours * Experience: 4\-6 years in the field **Responsibilities:** * Define the company's operational and financial strategy. * Establish growth, profitability, and market positioning objectives. * Ensure business sustainability. * Guarantee proper execution of freight services. * Supervise key performance indicators: on-time delivery, cost per km, fleet utilization, vehicle maintenance. * Optimize logistics routes, times, and resources. * Supervise cash flow, operating costs, and service profitability. * Authorize payments, investments, and strategic projects. * Validate financial statements and ensure reliability. * Ensure compliance with internal processes and organizational policies. * Supervise key departments (accounting, payroll, procurement, billing) * Ensure regulatory compliance (tax, labor, transportation, etc., as applicable) * Ensure implementation and compliance with the QMS. **We Offer:** * Weekly salary, no probationary week * Statutory benefits **WORK SCHEDULE** * MONDAY TO FRIDAY: 9:00 AM TO 7:00 PM (2 HOURS FOR LUNCH: 2:00 PM TO 4:00 PM\) * SATURDAYS: 9:00 AM TO 2:30 PM **SALARY:** $45,000 to $50,000 (based on performance) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $45,000\.00 \- $50,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
