




**Job Description:** We are seeking a strategic and technically skilled professional to assume responsibility for our infrastructure. As the Infrastructure and Preventive Maintenance Supervisor, your primary mission will be to ensure that our wellness facilities operate at the highest standards of quality, safety, and continuity—anticipating any technical failures that could impact our users’ experience. This role requires a balance between leading operational staff and possessing deep expertise in critical electromechanical systems. **Key Responsibilities:** **1. Operations Management and Leadership:** * Design and supervise execution of the master preventive and corrective maintenance plan. * Lead and coordinate the internal technical team, ensuring adherence to schedules. * Evaluate and audit the performance of external contractors and suppliers to guarantee the quality of procured materials and services. **2. Technical Expertise and Supervision:** * Ensure operational continuity of electrical substations, transformers, and emergency power plants. * Supervise pumping systems, hydraulics, and flowmeter networks. * Guarantee optimal operation of air conditioning systems, with specific focus on Fan & Coil units. **3. Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management:** * Maintain active and functional civil protection systems and fire suppression networks. * Monitor strict compliance with safety regulations and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Proactively identify infrastructure anomalies to mitigate operational risks. **4. Administrative Control:** * Manage inventories of spare parts and tools. * Prepare incident reports and manage purchase requests submitted to management. **Candidate Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years supervising comprehensive maintenance in buildings, sports clubs, hospitals, or related sectors. * **Technical Knowledge:** Solid experience in electricity (medium and low voltage), hydraulics, plumbing, and construction systems. * **Mandatory:** Technical knowledge of Fan & Coil air conditioning equipment and fire suppression system protocols. * **Skills:** Emergency response capability, crew leadership, and ability to read technical drawings/manuals. **Compensation and Conditions:** * **Monthly Salary:** MXN $18,000.00 gross. * **Food Vouchers:** Additional MXN $1,000.00 per month. * **Benefits:** Above statutory requirements (all legally mandated benefits from day one). * **Location:** San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * **Availability:** Occasional availability required for emergency response or unforeseen events outside regular working hours.
