PROFILE * Age: 30–50 years * Gender: Unrestricted * Minimum 2 years of experience * Proactivity toward excellence * Strong verbal communication (assertive communication) * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Organizational Psychology * Basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law * Service-oriented mindset * Teamwork capability Reports to: Human Resources/Administration/Director Position Objective: Provide administrative and operational support for recruitment processes, personnel administration, and control of official and confidential documents. Main Responsibilities: posting job openings, reviewing resumes and coordinating interviews, preparing and maintaining up-to-date employee files, drafting and managing employment contracts and personnel documentation, recording and tracking attendance incidents, tardiness, and vacation days, supporting payroll processing by preparing related information, addressing basic employee inquiries regarding HR processes and RIT, assisting with training activities, purchasing uniforms for staff, scheduling and analyzing medical appointments together with the company physician, maintaining updated personnel databases. Education: Bachelor’s degree or technical degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology. Experience: Minimum 2 years in Human Resources (preferred). Basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law; proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
