Global interaction and deep business understanding A global company is seeking: Financial Analyst This position plays a key role within U.S. Finance Services, focusing on supporting financial outcomes through automation, process improvement, and control. It provides strategic support for administrative expense-related decision-making by collaborating with internal customers, clearly and concisely presenting ideas, and demonstrating deep business understanding. Additionally, this role involves interaction with other regions and functions across the company. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver timely and accurate financial information: actual results (Actuals), forecasts (Forecasts), and business plans (Business Plans). * Act as a strategic partner to operational areas and other entities and regions to ensure alignment on financial objectives, strategies, and deadlines. * Accounting knowledge: recording and management of accruals and reclassifications; account/cost center-level reviews; knowledge of Profit & Loss (P\&L) and Balance Sheet. * Financial knowledge: preparation and presentation of bridge analyses, variance analyses, trend analyses; active participation in Budgeting and Forecasting processes. * Ensure compliance with the company’s DOA (Delegation of Authority) – approvals of Purchase Requisitions. * Knowledge of intercompany processes. * Knowledge of CAPEX processes. * Enforce Internal Controls and best practices – serve as a reference point for other areas regarding optimal courses of action. * Process improvement: analyze current processes and jointly identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Requirements: **Education / Certifications:** * Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. * Master’s degree preferred in Finance or Accounting. **Languages:** * Advanced English proficiency. **Prior Work Experience:** * Minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience. **Computer Skills:** * Proficiency in SAP. * Advanced level in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.). **Other Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:** * Solid SAP knowledge (accruals, reporting). * Automation-oriented mindset focused on efficiency. * Ability to challenge the status quo. * Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. * Proactive and autonomous individual capable of working independently, including remotely. * Deep understanding of financial accounting processes and financial statements.
