Key Responsibilities: * Deliver timely and accurate financial information: actual results (Actuals), forecasts (Forecasts), and business plans (Business Plans). * Act as a strategic partner to operational areas and other entities and regions to ensure alignment on financial objectives, strategies, and deadlines. * Accounting knowledge: recording and management of accruals and reclassifications; account/cost center-level reviews; understanding of Profit & Loss (P\&L) and Balance Sheet. * Financial knowledge: preparation and presentation of bridge analyses, variance analyses, trend analyses; active participation in Budgeting and Forecasting processes. * Ensure compliance with the company’s Delegation of Authority (DOA) – approvals of purchase requisitions. * Knowledge of intercompany processes. * Knowledge of CAPEX processes. * Enforce Internal Controls and best practices – serve as a reference point for other areas regarding optimal courses of action. * Process improvement: analyze current processes and jointly identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
