Collaboration in promotions and administrative support JOB DESCRIPTION BOUTIQUE SALES ASSOCIATE Position Title: Boutique Sales Associate Department: Sales Reports To: Store Manager / Supervisor Work Location: Boutique POSITION OBJECTIVE Provide personalized customer service and promote boutique products through fashion and image consulting, ensuring a satisfying shopping experience and achievement of established sales targets. Working hours: 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Sunday, with rotating weekday days off. FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Customer Service Greet and serve customers courteously. Identify customer needs and provide personalized consulting. Resolve inquiries and manage exchanges or returns per internal policies. Sales Actively promote products. Achieve individual and/or team sales targets. Suggest additional purchases (cross-selling). Cash Handling and Checkout Process payments (cash, credit card, or other authorized methods). Issue receipts or invoices. Maintain accurate cash register control and proper handling. Inventory Control Verify stock levels and report shortages. Participate in physical inventory counts. Inspect merchandise condition. Display and Organization Keep the boutique clean and organized. Arrange merchandise and update displays. Maintain visual presentation standards of the store. Additional Support Collaborate in promotions and special events. Assist with basic administrative tasks as required. JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Education: Junior High School / High School Diploma (as applicable). Sales experience (preferably in fashion or retail). Excellent personal appearance. Strong communication skills and service-oriented attitude. Flexible availability for work schedule.
