




Position Summary: Ensure a Quality Management System compliant with ISO 9000 to meet customer requirements and improve performance indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Evaluate and provide feedback to suppliers, ensuring product quality. **Quality Manager** **Purpose of the Position:** Ensure that the Quality Management System is established, implemented, and maintained across all relevant areas in accordance with the criteria specified in the ISO 9000 standard, so that the products and services delivered to customers consistently meet established requirements. Develop, establish, coordinate, and ensure that performance indicators are defined, monitored, and improved based on strategies and methodologies aimed at achieving the objectives set by senior management. **Responsibilities:** 1. Establish and control the Quality Management System. 2. Establish, implement, and maintain quality procedures, plans, and programs to ensure that generated products and services comply with quality requirements. 3. Monitor and implement the ISO 9001:2000 standard as well as applicable standards. 4. Control and safeguard internal and external documentation of the Quality Management System. 5. Coordinate internal and external quality audits of products, processes, etc. 6. Implement and coordinate the maintenance of continuous improvement plans. 7. Evaluate and rate supplier performance and communicate with the Procurement Department and the supplier, as applicable, when material rejection occurs. 8. Provide feedback to suppliers regarding their performance and inspection results of their material lots. 9. Review and monitor the shop-floor implementation of metrics that directly impact product and service quality. 10. In coordination with the Procurement Department, evaluate and audit suppliers on-site. 11. Develop and plan the Quality Management System by establishing procedures and programs to ensure quality across the entire company. 12. Plan inspection and testing procedures; supervise proper production inspection. 13. Participate in the selection of inspection and testing equipment according to the process. 14. Form work teams for quality problem analysis and resolution. 15. Coordinate corrective actions in response to customer complaints and/or warranty claims or non-compliance with quality in production. 16. Verify that products comply with safety, functionality, durability, handling, packaging, and appearance requirements against national, international, and internal specifications. 17. Maintain measurement tools, gauges, and verification fixtures in complete and good working condition for reliable use in measurements. Ensure that measuring instruments are included in a calibration program. 18. Support, control, and monitor compliance with specifications, work instructions, operation sheets, and process sheets issued by each department. 19. Responsible for auditing and approving final in-process products. 20. Implement and maintain product and material traceability throughout the process. 21. Ensure that procedures, work instructions, inspection sheets, etc., are understood and followed by operators for correct job execution. 22. Coordinate with the Human Resources Management team on training plans related to the quality area. 23. Report monthly to Production Management on plant performance results regarding quality, waste, and warranty claims to obtain feedback on required corrective actions. 24. Demonstrate leadership and proactivity in all quality and customer service projects in which involved, seeking problem resolution through customer-supplier teamwork. 25.
