




Job Summary: This key accounting role encompasses transaction recording and review, bank reconciliations, and invoice issuance to ensure financial accuracy and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of accounting records and billing. 2. Collaboration on bank reconciliations and support to accounting. 3. Handling of accounting systems and CFDI. * Prepare and review accounting entries, performing invoice recording. * Record liability invoices in the accounting and accounts payable systems, attaching the corresponding invoice PDFs and XML files in the latter system, enabling Treasury to generate the corresponding payment and journal entry, and ensuring expenses and purchases are properly reflected in accounting. * Review branch bank reconciliations, verifying that documents submitted by Collections, Accounts Payable, Inventory, and purchase/sales invoices match Accounting records, achieving reconciliations with identified discrepancies. * Issue invoices using the CFDI system for invoices and payment complements, enabling release of goods or services, while ensuring delivery of supporting documents to the respective customer. * Request supplies via the procurement system, based on email requests from branches, to facilitate provision of necessary tools for their work. * Safeguard monthly journal entries through physical file storage, complying with SAT requirements for documentation retention. * Support the Accounting Department by performing tasks assigned by the Immediate Supervisor, such as sending information to branches, preparing invoice listings for subsidiaries, canceling advances, and adjusting cost dates, to ensure smooth workflow and achievement of departmental objectives.
