Position requested: **Accounting Analyst.** We are looking for a responsible, proactive individual with strong analytical and communication skills, a sense of urgency, attention to detail, confidentiality, and professional ethics. Professional Profile: * Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting, Finance, or related field. * Minimum of **3 years** of experience in a similar position. **(Mandatory)** * Up-to-date knowledge of tax, accounting, and labor laws. * Proficiency in accounting software (CONTPAQi, COI, SAE) **(Mandatory)** * Advanced Excel skills (intermediate\-advanced). * Knowledge of Electronic Banking and reference-based payments. * High level of responsibility, organization, and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: * Processing IMSS transactions (registrations, cancellations, inquiries) * Preparing weekly and bi-weekly payroll and pre-payroll. * Managing databases. * Handling banking platforms. * Performing planning tasks (Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable). * SAT Portal (retrieving and issuing invoices) * Processing company invoices and receipts, supplier payments, and customer payments. * Maintaining financial records of income and expenses. * Monitoring company budgets. * Preparing financial statements and payment reconciliations. * Providing service to customers visiting the finance department. * Reviewing purchase orders, credit notes, and invoices prior to payment to ensure proper authorizations. * Tracking accounts payable and outstanding balances. * Filing and submitting insurance claims.
