




**Main Responsibilities** * Plan and deliver dynamic, structured classes aligned with the school’s academic curriculum. * Design activities that promote critical thinking, creativity, and meaningful learning. * Maintain a positive, respectful, and disciplined classroom environment. * Continuously assess student performance using formal and informal assessment tools. * Prepare clear and professional academic and behavioral reports. * Maintain consistent, respectful communication with parents, reporting on progress and areas for improvement. * Promote positive values and habits both inside and outside the classroom. * Collaborate with teaching staff and school leadership on academic activities, events, meetings, and institutional projects. * Participate in school-provided training sessions, courses, and academic meetings. * Support students’ emotional well-being by identifying needs and making timely referrals. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education, Pedagogy, Educational Psychology, or related field (with official degree certificate and professional license). * Proven teaching experience at the primary level. * Basic/intermediate proficiency in English (preferred). * Proficiency in lesson planning, assessment, and modern pedagogical strategies. * Strong teamwork, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent interpersonal skills with children and parents. * Patience, creativity, responsibility, and professional ethics.
