We seek a creative, dynamic, and strategic professional proficient in audiovisual content production and editing, as well as digital community management—especially on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and social media in general. **RESPONSIBILITIES** **Content Production:** * Shooting and editing of high-quality videos (vertical and horizontal). * Development of creative content for digital campaigns and social media. **Fast and Efficient Editing:** * Agile use of editing tools to generate attractive and optimized content. **Social Media Management (Community Manager):** * Account administration (posting, scheduling, and monitoring). * Community engagement (responding to messages and comments). * Tracking metrics and performance analysis. **Adaptation to Trends:** * Creation of content aligned with current trends. * Proposal of innovative ideas for organic growth. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Audiovisual Production, Advertising, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation and/or social media management. * Proficiency with tools including: * Adobe Premiere * Adobe After Effects * CapCut * AI tools * OBS * Solid knowledge of digital platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.). **SKILLS** * Proactivity and creativity. * Attention to detail. * Excellent written and digital communication. * Ability to analyze metrics. * Knowledge of filming sets: * Lighting * Camera switching * General direction * Experience in live streaming. **TASKS TO PERFORM** * Editing of vertical ad-style videos. * Editing of horizontal videos (vlogs, workouts, commercials). * Editing of podcast-style content. * Color correction, editing, and sound design. * Text animation, motion graphics, and visual elements. * Audiovisual production on filming sets. * Live content production. * Social media content management and scheduling. * Monitoring community interaction and growth. **PLUS** * Creation and editing of motion graphics. * Photo editing. * Experience in organic growth strategies and digital advertising.
