




Summary: This role coordinates Quality Assurance activities, ensuring products meet quality requirements, verifying material inspection criteria, and maintaining product documentation. Develop and maintain quality procedures using ISO standards *Work Mode: Onsite, Juarez, Nuevo León* **Location:** **Onsite, Juarez Nuevo León** **Opportunity** **BASIC FUNCTION** **Under the supervision of the Manager Industrial Engineering/Quality, this position is responsible for coordinating the Quality Assurance activities to insure that products meet specified quality** **requirements. Is also responsible of verifying that the inspection criteria for the received material** **are met. Maintain all documentation up to date, regarding each one of the products manufactured** **in the plant.** **SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES** **1\. Responsible for the quality audits during all shifts, to ensure compliance with quality system** **requirements and appropriate specifications.** **2\. Analyze failures or defects in the packed ware audit process to identify and correct root cause** **problems.** **3\. Responsible for the inspection of the received and/or purchased material, to ensure compliance** **with quality system requirements and appropriate specifications.** **4\. Verify that the procedure of the tests in the fit test and pack area are followed.** **5\. Provide training to the quality personnel in everything related to their work.** **6\. Develop and maintains quality procedures and methods using the ISO standards and** **guidelines.** **7\. Has all documentation regarding the product, ready and updated for its use.** **8\. Work with some suppliers to improve their performance and quality.** **9\. Record and distribute field complaints to the appropriate person in the process for corrective** **and preventive actions and monitor the effectiveness for these actions.** **10\. Work with the New Products Engineer in order to fulfill the quality standards for any new** **product.** **11\. Responsible for the verification of the tools and other instruments used in quality audits and fit** **test and pack area, to check and compare the characteristic of product against the product’s** **specification.** **12\. Organize the performance schedule for all test that need to be done during the week, and follow specifications** **13\. Participate on the ISO 17025 standard (NOM), as the person who signs the official reports.** **14\. Keep Standard Work studies updated for the Quality and Receiving area.** **15\. Keep and improve 5 “s” standard, in the Quality and Receving area.** **16\. EXPERIENCE: Preference Three to four years of related experience in Quality. FORMATION: Preference Knowledge of ISO 9001 and 17025\.
