This role ensures employees have the tools, skills, and opportunities to perform at their best — while aligning people initiatives with Birdman’s strategic business goals. This position plays a key role in strengthening culture, leadership capability, and operational excellence across the organization. ### **Key Responsibilities** ### **Learning \& Development** * Design and implement technical, soft skills, and leadership development programs * Conduct training needs assessments by function and level * Manage e\-learning platforms and external training providers * Measure training effectiveness (ROI, satisfaction, performance impact) Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth * ### **Recruitment \& Onboarding** * Lead the full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, interviews, assessments, and selection * Attract talent aligned with Birdman’s culture and values * Design and execute impactful onboarding experiences Monitor and improve the new hire experience during the first 90 days * ### **Performance Management** * Implement performance evaluation systems (annual, semi\-annual, or continuous) * Train leaders on effective feedback and evaluation practices * Analyze results and develop individual and team improvement plans Connect performance outcomes with recognition and compensation * ### **Career Development \& Succession** * Design career paths across roles and levels * Identify critical positions and build succession plans * Implement mentoring and coaching programs Support internal mobility and retention of key talent * ### **Employee Engagement \& Culture** * Drive initiatives that strengthen engagement and organizational culture * Lead engagement surveys and action plans * Coordinate wellness and recognition programs Act as a trusted bridge between employees and leadership * ### **Organizational Development** Define and execute the annual training plan for the site Implement leadership and technical development programs Promote continuous improvement, engagement, and shop\-floor leadershipy and ensure retention of key talent. **Requirements** ### **Must\-Have Requirements** ### **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in **Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations**, or a related field. * **Master’s degree** in **Talent Management, Organizational Development, or MBA** is preferred. ### **Certifications** ***(Plus)*** * Talent Management certification (e.g., **SHRM, HRCI**). * Performance Management, Executive Coaching, or similar professional certifications. ### **Experience** * **5\+ years of experience** in Human Resources roles with a strong focus on **Talent Development and HR Business Partnering**. * Proven experience in **change management** initiatives within organizational projects. * Hands\-on experience designing and implementing **succession plans and career development frameworks**. * Experience managing **performance management and compensation processes**. * Coordination and execution of **training, leadership development, and capability\-building programs**. * **️ Technical Skills** * Solid knowledge of **labor regulations** and corporate HR policies. * Strong understanding of **recruitment and selection processes** for strategic and leadership positions. ### **Soft Skills** * Strategic thinking with a strong **business\-oriented mindset**. * Excellent **communication and negotiation** skills. * Leadership presence and the ability to **influence and advise middle and senior management**. * Strong **conflict resolution** and interpersonal relationship management skills. * High adaptability and capability to **lead and manage change** in dynamic environments. ### **Languages** * **Spanish** (native or fluent). * **English** (intermediate–advanced). **Ready to Make an Impact?** If you want to shape the employee experience, influence leadership, and help build a purpose\-driven organization — **Birdman is your next flight**
