The Planner supports the supply chain team by analyzing demand, inventory, and production data to ensure optimal planning and scheduling. This Role is for professionals with more than 3 years of experience in supply chain, planning and operations. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets. * Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery. * Coordinate with teams and allocate resources effectively. * Maintain project documentation and communication. * Lead post\-project reviews to identify improvements. * Production \& Supply Planning * Analyze data to support production forecasts. * Maintain planning models and generating reports. * Collaborate to ensure material availability. * Monitor inventory and recommend adjustments. * Support planning process improvements. Ability to have project update meetings with managers and directors. * **QUALIFICATIONS** * Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field * 3\-5 years in planning, logistics, or supply chain. * Strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle preferred), good communication. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Detail\-oriented with strong organizational skills Conversational and Written English 85\-90% fluent. * **PHYSICAL \& ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS** * The role is primarily based in a manufacturing facility, requiring regular site visits and interaction with production teams. * Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety protocols. * The role involves extended periods of sitting in front of a computer. * Occasional standing or walking may be required during meetings, presentations, or site visits. * Work is primarily conducted in an office environment with controlled temperature and lighting.
