This role is responsible for managing the **complete employee lifecycle**, from recruitment and onboarding to leadership development, performance management, and offboarding. The position also serves as a key bridge between **corporate headquarters and local operations**, translating global **Organizational Development (OD) strategies** into measurable actions aligned with local business needs.
