**This position already has a strong mapped candidate; simultaneously, a formal recruitment process will be launched to allow participation from all interested individuals, in accordance with internal policy.** Senior Plant Engineering Specialist **Location(s):** A1 \| Ags,Ags. **Work schedule and modality:** On-site \- 4x3 \- Shift role **Education requirement:** Completed higher education **A day in the life of this role:** * Ensure execution and compliance of maintenance programs (PM and PdM) according to the annual plan to guarantee equipment and facility functionality. * Supervise activities aimed at cost reduction to meet budget targets. * Ensure training of personnel under your supervision to fulfill technical skill requirements. * Supervise and ensure technical analysis of issues that arise to prevent recurrence. * Supervise and ensure restoration of line failures (PLCs, robots, conveyors) to guarantee production volume targets. * Ensure basic support and LLR (Line Leader Response) for production line equipment to maintain operation and prevent future failures. * Review and ensure that processes under your responsibility are performed according to established standards in quality, safety, health, and environmental matters to prevent incidents, accidents, administrative failures, and to ensure product quality. **Who we are looking for:** **Mandatory:** * Education: Completed higher education (related field) * Language: Intermediate-advanced (600 TOEIC points) * Experience: 3 years of experience in a similar position and/or Maintenance Management * Knowledge and mastery of painting processes * Proficiency in maintenance management tools * Mastery of statistical process control tools * Proficiency in Office suite applications * Leadership * Decision-making * Autonomy * Teamwork **What you can expect at Nissan:** **Professional growth and continuous learning opportunities:** Benefit from diverse career paths, interdepartmental mobility, and innovative learning platforms.
