Position Summary: Controls and manages the receipt and movement of refrigerated equipment, supervising inventory and ensuring profitability and customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Control and supervision of equipment loan and lease agreements 2. End-to-end inventory management and productivity optimization 3. Performance indicator analysis and promotion of continuous improvement Mission: * Control, ensure, monitor, and manage the receipt of new equipment, as well as delivery and retrieval movements, evaluating the market performance of refrigerated equipment to guarantee profitability. Supervise warehouses to ensure inventory control and achievement of customer service objectives. Responsibilities: * Control and supervise equipment loan and lease agreements with customers to maintain up-to-date inventory. * Evaluate and manage loan agreement requests, contracts, and documentation to ensure compliance with internal controls (COSO). * Supervise and audit equipment installed in the market and branches to guarantee proper operation and customer satisfaction. * Plan and execute equipment delivery and retrieval, optimizing the productivity of loan agreement teams. * Ensure and control inventory through registration of additions, removals, receipt of new equipment, and disposal of obsolete equipment. * Organize and supervise inventories of owned and third-party equipment, maintaining physical order and control for audits. * Analyze and communicate performance indicators, monitoring results and identifying opportunities for service improvement. * Ensure and promote continuous improvement, compliance with safety standards, appropriate resource utilization, and staff training. Requirements: * Completed Bachelor's Degree (Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineering) * English (Advanced) * Warehouse experience (1 year), Loan Agreement Supervisor experience (1 year), Refrigeration Supervisor experience (1 year) Knowledge: * Procurement Management (Advanced) * Warehouse Management (Advanced) * Office \& Windows (Advanced) * SAP BW (Advanced) * SAP ERP Logistics (Advanced) * Vending (Basic) * Loan Agreement Audits (Advanced) * Mobile Equipment Management (Expert)
