Your responsibilities as Sales Manager: \* Develop the property’s commercial strategy based on its market segments and booking channels. \* Understand the local market’s potential business and build corporate relationships with local companies. \* Continuously monitor the market’s revenue performance. \* Increase the hotel’s presence in travelers’ top-of-mind awareness. \* Execute sales plans to achieve and exceed targets. \* Develop strategic alliances and a local public relations plan with clients.
