




Responsible for the proper preparation and cooking of meats and for managing cooking times on grills, griddles, and ovens, ensuring authentic flavor, quality, and speed for every order. Minimum experience of 1–2 years; ability to work effectively in a team and under time pressure. Experience in following food production schedules and cleaning routines. Ability to manage inventory, incoming and outgoing stock.
