**Senior/Lead Backend Developer (TypeScript – NestJS)** **Location:** Toluca **Employment Type:** Full-time **Level:** Senior / Lead A growing company is seeking a **Senior/Lead Backend Developer** to design and build a high-impact **enterprise web system and APIs**, focused on field operations and administrative control. We are looking for a **highly technical profile**, with proven experience in production systems, capable of making architectural decisions and leading backend development. **Responsibilities** * Design and develop robust, scalable APIs. * Implement advanced **role- and attribute-based access control (RBAC / ABAC)** systems. * Develop modules including: * User management * Operational and administrative reporting * Logs, auditing, and traceability * Geolocation (GPS) and event handling * Electronic signature workflows * Backend integration with mobile applications. * Design clean, modular, and scalable architecture. * Implement security best practices, logging, and monitoring. * Optimize PostgreSQL data models and queries. * Document APIs and technical processes. * (Desirable) Mentor or lead other developers. **Mandatory Requirements** * 5+ years of backend development experience. * Proficiency in: * TypeScript * Node.js * NestJS (or equivalent solid experience) * Experience designing and consuming REST APIs. * Advanced PostgreSQL expertise. * Professional use of Git. * Experience with enterprise systems (beyond basic CRUD). **Desirable** * Experience with Flutter or mobile app integration. * Geolocation and GPS handling (PostGIS). * Message queuing systems and background processing. * Docker and CI/CD. * Domain-Driven Design (DDD). * Integration with external services (notifications, biometrics, KYC). **Profile We Seek** * Strong technical expertise and architectural thinking. * Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. * Autonomy, accountability, and quality focus. * Experience with real-world production systems. * Clear communication with both technical and non-technical teams. **We Offer** * A solid, long-term project. * Direct involvement in key technical decisions. * Genuine professional growth. * A professional and structured work environment. * Competitive salary commensurate with Senior/Lead level.
