Job Requirements · Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Foreign Trade, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or Logistics Engineering · Gender: Not specified · Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in international commercial activities, procurement, negotiation of commercial contracts, leasing, REPSE registration, and establishment of commercial relationships Knowledge * ERP system proficiency * Advanced Microsoft Office * Foreign trade legislation * Customs procedures Job Responsibilities · Evaluates and develops national and international suppliers, negotiating favorable commercial terms. · Conducts price analysis to support sound decision-making for procurement of goods and various services. · Tracks and closes purchase orders for document reconciliation with the Finance Department. · Collaborates with the Commercial Department to evaluate cost proposals for preparing project bids and tenders. · Manages documentation and ensures operational traceability across departments. · Ensures sustainability and regulatory compliance. · Identifies risks arising from potential delays caused by third parties that could impact company operations, and informs relevant departments to develop mitigation alternatives. · Organizes and coordinates the logistics operations required for movements and deliveries to end customers and/or internal equipment transfers to various operational sites. · Plans and coordinates foreign trade operations jointly with RYASA’s Foreign Trade Department. · Drives continuous process improvement. · Establishes metrics or KPIs for evaluating the department. · Establishes metrics or KPIs for supplier evaluation.
