




Summary: This role involves ensuring quality compliance and risk prevention throughout product launch, from APDS/PPAP processes to customer complaint management and issue resolution. Support quality topics at customer locations and build relationships **Launch Project Quality Engineer** ##### **What you’ll do:** * Follow up on **APDS and PPAP processes** to ensure timely completion and compliance with requirements. * Manage and track **customer complaints**, ensuring effective root cause analysis and closure of corrective actions. * Conduct **visits to customer locations** to support quality topics, issue resolution, and relationship management. * Develop and complete **Prototype, Pre‑production, and Serial Production Control Plans** in alignment with customer and internal standards. * Actively participate in **PFMEA activities**, strengthening error‑proofing and risk prevention measures. * Verify that results from **Quality‑related activities at R@R** comply with Autoliv and customer requirements. * Ensure **closure of all open quality issues prior to SOP**, minimizing launch risks. * Identify and analyze quality risks, **escalate appropriately to management**, propose corrective actions, and verify effective closure. * Support **timely and accurate review, approval, and sign‑off of customer PPAP submissions**. ##### **What is required:** * Strong customer focus, execution management, and ability to engage and inspire others across functions and cultures. * Demonstrated analytical skills, attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset, and commitment to quality excellence. * Ability to make sound decisions, manage risks, and ensure accountability in quality‑driven environments. * Experience in Process Quality and Quality Systems, including PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and customer systems. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality within manufacturing or automotive environments. * Effective communication, negotiation, collaboration, and leadership skills with high ethical standards and integrity. * Innovative, self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and continuous learner with strong technical orientation. * Global mindset with willingness to travel and work in cross‑regional teams. * English proficiency **minimum B2 level** (verbal and written). ##### **What’s in it for you:** * Attractive compensation package * Recognition awards, company events, family events, university discount options and many more perks. * Gender Pay Equality Autoliv is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
