**Dermatofunctional Physiotherapy** **Job Objective:** Apply physiotherapy principles to the prevention, assessment, and treatment of dermatofunctional disorders, with the aim of improving skin health, muscle function, and patients’ quality of life. **Responsibilities:** * Identify the main dermatofunctional pathologies and their implications for patient mobility and function. * Analyze the anatomy and physiology of the skin and subcutaneous tissue, and their relationship with the musculoskeletal system. * Evaluate treatment effectiveness based on functional recovery and aesthetic improvement in patients. * Integrate knowledge of physiotherapy, anatomy, and biomechanics into the comprehensive management of patients with dermatofunctional disorders. * Provide individual follow-up for each student. **Requirements:** * A professional degree and valid license in nursing, physiotherapy, medicine, or a related field are mandatory. * A master’s degree — including official title and license — is desirable. * Minimum three years of teaching experience. * Familiarity with platforms such as Teams, Blackboard, or similar systems is desirable. **Competencies:** * Strong service orientation * Effective communication * Organizational skills * Ethics **Why Work at UVM?** We are Mexico’s largest private university, with 65 years of academic excellence, social commitment, and professional vision.
