This role is key to driving our projects and achieving new milestones. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design or Fashion Design. Proficiency in Gerber software. Minimum 2 years of experience in the textile industry and/or a similar role (pattern grading expertise is mandatory). Knowledge of multi-style textile pattern making. Strong communication skills. Immediate availability and full-time commitment. Highly responsible individual with initiative and sound judgment. Excellent verbal communication skills, proactive attitude, organizational ability, adaptability, and passion for learning. Main responsibilities: Pattern grading and drafting. Sample design. Digitalization of patterns. Refinement of details. Creation of grading specifications. Preparation of required reports and other duties inherent to the position.
