We specialize in the manufacturing, assembly, and enhancement of electric bicycles, driving a more efficient and environmentally friendly future. **Main Responsibilities:** * Identify failures, deficiencies, and areas for improvement to provide timely technical advice and support. * Analyze, diagnose, and resolve mechanical and electrical problems in production, assembly, or equipment transformation processes. * Perform installation, adjustment, and maintenance of mechanical and electromechanical equipment. * Install, operate, and maintain pneumatic and hydraulic systems. * Install, inspect, and repair electrical circuits, panels, and electrical components. * Conduct material and functional testing to ensure final product quality. * Support budget preparation, cost estimates, and project execution timelines. * Document technical processes and report progress or detected incidents. * Comply with industrial safety standards and the company’s internal procedures. **Requirements:** * Age: 20 to 30 years old. * Education: Technical degree or incomplete/completed engineering degree in Mechanics, Electricity, Electromechanics, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in mechanical and/or electrical areas. * Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. * Proficiency in using manual and electric tools. * Analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and teamwork capability. * Valid documentation and immediate availability. **We Offer:** * Competitive monthly salary plus performance bonuses. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Professional growth opportunity. * Life-and-career plan within the company. * Ongoing training in new electric mobility technologies. * Job stability. * Excellent work environment.
