Access to professional development in a dynamic environment. We are seeking a Procurement Staff member for JATCO MEXICO. Contributes to operational efficiency, such as financial control and regulatory compliance, while strengthening the management and improvement of procurement processes, including: cost reduction, control of documents from business partners, budget administration, maintenance of the list of authorized business partners. Additionally, understands business partner documentation and evaluations according to international procedures and standards (IATF, ISO 14001, OEA/CTPAT). Responsibilities: Manage suppliers and price negotiations. Coordinate purchase orders and delivery tracking. Supervise procurement processes and inventory control. Analyze and report on market and cost trends. Basic cost analysis. Accurate reconciliation of supplier data in the system. Initial understanding of international procedures and standards (IATF, ISO 14001, OEA/CTPAT). Basic budget administration: support in planning and monitoring assigned expenses and investments. Document control: organization and tracking of files related to suppliers and procurement processes. Support in supplier compliance evaluations. Organizational communication: ability to confirm contract and bond expiration statuses. Process optimization: identification of requirements and simple proposals to reduce administrative time. · Requirements Demonstrable experience in procurement and supply chain. Supplier and contract management knowledge is preferred. Experience in price analysis and negotiation.
