Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and responsible Security Guard to control the entry and exit of personnel and materials, ensuring compliance with security regulations and procedures. Montagsa is a company dedicated to the **Rental, Service, and Parts Supply of Forklifts**, with over 20 years of experience in this industry. We have branches in León, San Luis Potosí, and our headquarters in Aguascalientes. We work with diesel and electric equipment, as well as comprehensive material handling solutions. We are looking for a **Security Guard** to assist us in controlling the entry and exit of employees and visitors, enforcing regulations, and maintaining accurate logs of incoming and outgoing materials, vehicles, equipment, and tools. **Requirements:** * 6 months to 1 year of experience in security. * Age between 25 and 45 years. * Gender: Unrestricted. * Education: High school diploma. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * Organized, discreet individual with a service-oriented attitude and adherence to processes. * Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and teamwork. **Responsibilities:** * Control entry and exit of employees, personal belongings, entry (e.g., intoxication, injuries, weapons), and exit (e.g., unauthorized removal of company materials and tools). * Control entry and exit of visitors, clients, and suppliers (e.g., intoxication, weapons, materials, etc.). * Inspection and control of vehicle entry/exit, and entry/exit of materials, parts, and tools. * Monitoring of company vehicle odometer readings. * Control of forklifts and tanks entering and returning to the facility. * Supervision of discipline and proper wearing of uniforms. * Coordination of safety training programs. * Coordination of emergency response teams for first aid, fire, and evacuation. * Maintenance of valid and unobstructed fire-fighting equipment. * Identification of unsafe conditions. * Control of lights and equipment shutdown at the end of each shift. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits \+ savings fund \+ 30-day bonus. * Base salary starting at $10,900. * Job stability. * Punctuality and attendance bonus. * Meal allowance bonus. * Free uniforms. **Work Schedule:** Monday through Sunday, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Days off: 2\-3 days per week. **Employment Type:** Indefinite-term position. **Work Location:** Blvd. A Zacatecas \#825\-C, Col.
