Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, or related field * Experience in recruitment and selection within fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies (with more than 200 staff members). * Knowledge of field recruitment and selection methods (job postings, flyers, job fairs, mass campaigns, etc.), as well as print and electronic media. * Experience working under performance indicators and supervising personnel. * Standard vehicle operation skills and willingness to travel. Responsibilities: * Recruitment and selection of personnel for assigned distribution centers (CEDIS) within your region. * Submission of performance indicator reports. * Performance evaluation of personnel under supervision.
