This role aims to establish, monitor, and improve production and materials handling processes to ensure achievement of **Quality, Cost, Time, Safety, and Environmental** objectives. **A day in this role** • Establish, monitor, and improve production and materials handling processes. • Train and supervise personnel on material handling procedures. • Manage documentation related to inventory and logistics. • Ensure compliance with production performance indicators. • Coordinate work teams and foster continuous learning. **Who we are looking for** **Mandatory:** Industrial Engineer or related degree. Minimum TOEIC score of 450 in English. Ability to manage personnel and apply situational leadership. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Availability to work rotating shifts. **Desired:** Experience with inventory management systems. Knowledge of industrial safety regulations. Conflict resolution skills and analytical aptitude.
