Job Objective Plan, coordinate, and supervise production activities to ensure compliance with manufacturing schedules, quality standards, safety, and productivity. Main Responsibilities - Supervise and coordinate production operations staff. - Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production plans and targets. - Monitor performance indicators (productivity, efficiency, quality, waste, downtime, among others). - Ensure compliance with quality procedures and good manufacturing practices. - Promote and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. - Train, guide, and evaluate the performance of subordinates. - Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, Logistics, and Human Resources departments to ensure operational continuity. - Prepare production reports and present results to management. - Propose continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization projects. Requirements: Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, or related degree. Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience supervising production in manufacturing environments.
