**Objective:** Ensure proper management and continuity of Human Resources processes during the night shift, guaranteeing attendance and punctuality control, timely response to staff incidents, compliance with internal policies and labor regulations **Responsibilities:*** Conduct guided tours of the facilities. * Ensure compliance with conduct standards within the plant. * Carry out necessary evaluations and investigations for candidates. * Prepare and update employment records. * Respond to general employee requests. * Assist in uniform control and distribution. * Support general activities and documentation creation for the Human Resources department. * Ensure general service providers comply with established standards. **Requirements:*** Students seeking professional internships (Final Semester) or completed Bachelor’s degree in related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources. * Experience in General Services. * Knowledge of labor relations. * Experience in developing procedures. * Active listening * Negotiation * Organization and analysis * Teamwork * Problem solving Important: The schedule for this position is from Wednesday to Saturday, 20:00 to 08:00 hrs.
