Key requirements include: leadership over personnel, client negotiation skills, experience in site surveys, planning project execution to meet deadlines and specifications, and basic knowledge of safety regulations. Special qualifications include: Proficiency in software such as AUTOCAD and SOLIDWORKS. Designing and implementing mechatronic systems for industrial automation. Basic knowledge of PLC, HMI, and control system programming. Analyzing and improving production processes using engineering tools.
