Gigacable, a 100% Aguascalientes-based company, invites you to join its team as: **Sales Manager (Field Work)** **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise the daily activities of the field sales team, ensuring achievement of established goals. * Assign strategic work zones and monitor the performance of each team member. * Train and coach sales representatives on door-to-door sales techniques, handling objections, and closing strategies. * Motivate and support staff to maintain a productive, results-oriented work environment. * Directly assist in closing sales by supporting negotiations with customers. * Monitor and evaluate team performance, implementing improvement plans when necessary. * Prepare productivity reports and goal-achievement summaries for management. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and company guidelines. **Requirements:** * Age: 32 to 48 years old. * Minimum education: Completed high school diploma. * Valid driver’s license. * Ability to drive a standard pickup truck. * Proven experience in sales and customer service. * Prior experience coordinating door-to-door or field sales teams is desirable. * Social media proficiency. * Need for monthly income exceeding $20,000. * Flexible schedule availability (including weekends). **We Offer:** * Base salary with weekly payment. * Uncapped commissions. * Statutory benefits. * Productivity bonus. * Ongoing training. * Free uniforms. * Company-provided mobile phone. * Company vehicle. * Full-time schedule.
