We are seeking a Food-Grade Supervisor. **What do we require?!!!** * Completed Bachelor’s Degree * Experience: Minimum 3 years in the food industry (Operations / Production / Warehousing) * Teamwork skills and attention to detail * ERP system proficiency, 5S methodology, Quality and Industrial Safety standards * A natural leader—passionate and honest **What are the main responsibilities???** * Manage, control, and assign both Bulkmatic and customer seals corresponding to each operation. * Ensure all necessary documentation is available to execute each OSI (Operational Service Instruction). * Ensure implementation of cleaning programs and verify the physical condition of relevant production equipment. * Ensure proper initiation, execution, and completion of the production process across different operational segments, in accordance with applicable procedures and customer requirements. * Record completed production activities in the NAV system and notify the customer upon completion, ensuring proper management of required documentation. * Monitor raw material inventories to ensure optimal production, as well as conduct inventories of finished goods and supplies. * Conduct periodic physical inspections of operational facilities and equipment containing glass components (e.g., windows, bulbs, lamps), and coordinate necessary corrective actions to prevent contamination risks. * Coordinate plant operational activities and transportation operators to ensure optimal operations. * Coordinate with the Maintenance Department to implement scheduled maintenance programs. * Ensure availability of raw materials, office supplies, PPE, and work tools. * Guarantee product safety throughout production processes, maintaining order and cleanliness in the respective area (applies to terminals conducting food-grade operations). * Conduct periodic physical inspections of operational facilities and equipment containing glass components (e.g., windows, bulbs, lamps), immediately reporting any incidents and coordinating necessary corrective actions to prevent contamination risks (applies to Food-Grade Terminals). * Coordinate loading and unloading activities with transportation providers’ operators to ensure optimal operations. * Ensure and coordinate product feeding into bagging equipment via railcar movement. * Rotating shifts (day, evening, night) **What do we offer!!!!** * Salary: $20,000 MXN monthly (paid biweekly) * Christmas bonus: 30 days’ salary * Statutory vacation leave * Vacation premium: 50% * Minor Medical Expense Insurance (employee and immediate family) * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers: 10% of salary * Savings fund: 10% of salary * Subsidized cafeteria ($23.71 per meal) * Employee transportation * School supplies support * Payroll advance app * Psychological support services * Profit-sharing (based on annual financial results) Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $18,000.00 – $20,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
