**Position:** Field Auditor **Location:** Aguascalientes, Ags. **Position Description** Grupo CGE Automotriz is seeking personnel to conduct internal field audits, ensuring compliance with administrative, financial, and operational processes across the group's dealerships. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct operational audits at dealerships and operational sites. * Validate physical inventories of vehicles, parts, tools, and assets. * Review inventory receipts, issues, and movements in the field. * Verify compliance with operational and administrative processes. * Identify irregularities, shortages, or operational deviations. * Perform physical counts, on-site inspections, and custody controls. * Prepare incident and field finding reports. * Follow up on corrective action plans. * Conduct regular visits to group branches and dealerships. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field (preferred). * Experience in operational auditing, inventory management, warehousing, or field supervision. * Experience in operational work and physical inspections. * Willingness to travel. * Availability for 100% field-based work. * Willingness to relocate between dealerships. * Proficiency in Excel for reporting and control. * Valid driver’s license (preferred). **Skills and Competencies** * Dynamic and operationally oriented individual. * Accustomed to fieldwork and physical supervision. * Tolerance for high-pressure environments and outdoor work. * Strong sense of responsibility and integrity. * Observant and detail-oriented. * Flexible availability regarding working hours. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: 9:00–14:00 and 16:00–19:30 * Saturdays: 9:00–14:00 **We Offer** * Base salary: $15,000 monthly gross * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Life insurance * Job stability * Growth opportunities Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: Starting from $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance Workplace: On-site employment
