Job Summary: We are seeking an Energy Supervisor to lead and coordinate teams in sustainable energy projects, optimizing the use of renewable energy and managing systems. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity: We are seeking an Energy Supervisor to join a key position that will contribute to the development and maintenance of our sustainable energy projects. The role involves managing and coordinating work teams to optimize the use of renewable energy. Responsibilities: Monitor and analyze renewable energy systems. Coordinate with technical teams for project implementation. Analyze data and report progress and challenges related to sustainable energy usage. Participate in meetings to discuss continuous improvement strategies. Plan predictive, preventive, and emergency maintenance for refrigeration systems (air conditioners, chillers, cooling towers, heat exchangers, compressors, and compressed air systems). Compliance with the Mexican Official Standard for electrical and mechanical installations (inspections, piping regulations). Procedures with CFE Transmisión, CRE, CENACE, and CNE. Requirements: Prior experience in managing renewable energy projects. Knowledge of sustainable energy technologies. Ability to analyze and clearly present technical data. Leadership and team coordination skills. Knowledge of networks and communication protocols. Knowledge of water treatment systems (WWTP, RO, DI, and potabilization systems). Experience with data acquisition systems (SCADA). Knowledge / expertise in electrical studies.
