Responsibilities Coordination of land freight shipments from quotation through invoicing * Provide customer support to resolve issues and ensure complete satisfaction. * Offer available transportation equipment to our customers. * Analyze customer service operations: success rates, problem resolution, resource requirements, etc. * Establish effective relationships with customers and suppliers. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations for each service. Skills: * Excellent verbal and written communication. * Empathy and service-oriented attitude. * Organizational skills and ability to multitask. Requirements: * Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field. * Experience: 2 years in customer service or after-sales service. * Knowledge of account management.
