We are seeking talent. **Objective** Coordinate, supervise, and prepare construction project budgets, ensuring technical and economic control, as well as proper cost, resource, and construction schedule planning to guarantee the profitability and financial viability of each project. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare and coordinate construction budgets and unit price analyses. * Develop project quantity take-offs and quantifications. * Monitor and control direct construction costs. * Prepare cost control versus progress reports (weekly and monthly S-curves). * Design construction schedules, critical paths, and financial schedules. * Analyze material costs, productivity rates, and construction processes. * Develop and manage resources, as well as supply matrices. * Conduct comparative analyses of supplier and contractor proposals. * Maintain an updated unit price catalog. * Perform value engineering analyses to optimize project costs. * Calculate and monitor key performance indicators such as earned value and profitability. * Review and approve progress estimates in coordination with the Projects Department. * Conduct market research related to costs and materials. **Requirements** * Education: Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Minimum of **6 years of experience in similar roles**, preferably within construction companies. * Solid experience in construction project budgeting, costing, and financial control. * Knowledge of: unit pricing, construction processes, drawing interpretation, material costs and productivity rates, construction standards and specifications, and cost control strategies. **We Offer** * Competitive salary * Involvement in high-impact projects * Job stability * Statutory benefits If you are interested, please apply through this channel.
