**Private Security Company – Guadalajara, Jalisco (Americana Neighborhood)** **Essential Requirements** \- Educational Level: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Security, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or related field. \- Proven experience in implementing, maintaining, and renewing BASC certifications. \- Solid knowledge of BASC standards, risk management, supply chain security, and international trade. **\- Experience in:** \- Developing and managing security policies, procedures, and manuals. \- Coordinating internal and external audits. \- Preparing action plans and tracking audit findings. \- Document management and record control. \- Training and raising staff awareness on security and BASC compliance topics. \- Analytical, organizational, and leadership skills to ensure compliance with international standards. \- Proficiency in office software and document management systems. \- Preferred: Experience in private security, logistics, or transportation companies (not mandatory). **Key Responsibilities** \- Design, implement, and maintain the company’s BASC management system. \- Develop, update, and control documentation required for certification. \- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring preparedness and compliance with requirements. \- Track action plans arising from audits and evaluations. \- Train staff on BASC policies and procedures. \- Monitor management indicators and report progress to senior management. \- Ensure compliance with national and international regulations regarding security and foreign trade. **Position Conditions** \- Location: Americana Neighborhood, Guadalajara, Jalisco. \- Schedule: Monday to Friday. \- Work Mode: On-site. \- Salary: MXN $17,000 – $20,000 per month, depending on experience.
