Job Summary: We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to manage personnel, set objectives, organize workflow, and pursue continuous improvement in production processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages operational staff and handles incidents 2. Sets and communicates daily/weekly/monthly objectives 3. Manages resources and pursues continuous improvement Vianney is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Education: Industrial Engineering or related field. Experience: Not required / Recent graduates welcome. Availability to work the afternoon shift. Responsibilities: - Management of operational staff (handling of incidents). - Setting, achieving, and communicating daily/weekly/monthly objectives to employees. - Organizing workflow through assignment of responsibilities and preparation of schedules. - Managing human and material resources and pursuing continuous process improvement.
