Job Summary: Vianney is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to manage personnel, set production objectives, and continuously optimize processes. Key Highlights: 1. Workflow organization and continuous process improvement Vianney is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer Education: Industrial Engineering or related field. Experience: Not required / Recent graduates welcome. Availability to work the afternoon shift. Responsibilities: - Management of operational staff (incident administration). - Setting and achieving daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicating them to employees. - Organizing workflow through assignment of responsibilities and preparation of schedules. - Managing human and material resources while pursuing continuous process improvement.
