Job Summary: Accounts Payable Analyst responsible for analyzing, recording, and releasing accounts payable, ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations, and managing suppliers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accounts payable analysis and registration 2. Management of external and internal suppliers 3. Review and reconciliation of accounting accounts At Vianney, we are seeking: Accounts Payable Analyst You will be responsible for timely analysis, registration, and release of the organization's accounts payable for payment approval. Key Duties: -Analyze and record accounts payable (invoices, purchase orders). -Ensure recording complies with established accounting, tax, and policy guidelines. -Manage relationships with external and internal suppliers. -Review and reconcile the department's accounting accounts. Requirements: -Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Accounting, or related field. -Experience in accounts payable or accounting. -ERP Oracle knowledge is desirable. -Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with Saturday shifts (once per month) from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
