Location: SAN LUIS POTOSI (with willingness and ability to relocate or travel) Job Objective: Ensure store profitability through efficient management of operations, resource administration, and regulatory compliance, while guaranteeing animal welfare and excellent customer service. Requirements: Incomplete bachelor’s degree or current student in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. Experience: Minimum 1 year in retail store or business management. Software: Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and POS (Point of Sale). Skills: Organization and planning. Process control. Effective communication. Responsibilities: Execute sales strategy. Supervise all store operations. Ensure appropriate staffing across all business areas. Maintain healthy inventory levels, controlling shrinkage and expirations. Comply with and enforce safety and customer service protocols. Promote animal preservation and welfare in-store. Analyze operational reports and meet established KPIs.
