Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for recruitment and selection of personnel, handling operational profiles and selection processes with internal clients. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead recruitment and selection processes for operational staff 2. Manage job boards and recruitment channels 3. Administer psychometric tests and manage personnel files Join our team in recruitment and personnel selection TEMPORARY POSITION (3 MONTHS) Responsibilities: - Recruitment of operational-level profiles - Management of job boards, social media, and alternative recruitment channels - Personnel selection - Administration of psychometric test batteries - Management of processes with internal clients - Preparation of personnel files - Coverage time reporting Requirements: - Completed bachelor's degree in psychology or related field - Experience in mass recruitment (2 years) - Willingness to travel We Offer: Fixed salary: $18,000 gross Statutory benefits Weekly payroll Savings fund Direct employment contract with the company Work Location: Carretera Panamericana 906, Fracc.
