We invite you to apply for the position of: Payroll Analyst Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Accounting, or related field Years and area of experience: 1 year of experience in payroll, personnel incidents, personnel administration, and preferably accounting. English proficiency level: Intermediate B1 Technical knowledge: Proficiency in intermediate Excel, databases, document management, and accounting, Experience with any payroll system Competencies: Numerical and analytical skills Organization and planning Confidentiality and discretion Problem-solving Analysis for activity prioritization Proactive attitude Work location: Aguascalientes, Aguascalientes Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Purpose and Responsibilities: -Payroll processing: Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time. -Verify and correct payroll errors prior to payment -Calculate salaries and benefits -Maintain and update payroll information -Accounting records -Periodic review of accounting records -Monitor payments and bank receipts -Financial and accounting management processes -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree 1 year of experience Keywords: analyst
