




Job Summary: Supervise attendance, incidents, and onboarding of security personnel; inspect entries/exits; coordinate drills; and plan training. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and control of security personnel 2. Coordination of security training and drills 3. Administration and follow-up of anti-doping tests Daily monitoring of security personnel attendance—physically at the local terminal and via WhatsApp for remote terminals. · Issue external personnel requisitions to request Security Guards. · Track incidents involving supervised personnel and submit reports to the Payroll Department. · Conduct job orientation for new guards, explaining security procedures, recordkeeping, and controls affecting their duties. · Supervise registration and inspection of entries/exits for: vehicles, personnel, and utility vehicles. · Supervise proper execution of internal and external perimeter patrols. · Schedule evacuation drills and evaluate response by both the security brigade and general staff. · Plan and coordinate employee training related to personal safety, facility safety, and vehicle safety. Administer anti\-doping tests to candidates applying for open positions prior to initiating their hiring process. · Notify the Talent Management Department of anti\-doping test results. Conduct weekly random anti\-doping tests for both operational and administrative staff. · Administer anti\-doping tests to personnel suspected of ingesting toxic substances and/or exhibiting inappropriate behavior that jeopardizes the company’s integrity, colleagues, or third parties. · Coordinate semiannual anti\-doping testing campaigns across all company terminals. Conduct practical exercises simulating cash box contamination to prepare staff to resolve and make decisions in such situations. · Develop quarterly training plans for administrative staff. · Submit quarterly training plans to the person responsible for the annual training plan. · Develop training programs on topics including security, industrial safety, self-defense, first aid, etc. Deliver security-related training to company employees covering personal safety, facility safety, and vehicle safety. · Evaluate knowledge acquired during training to ensure participants correctly understood the topics delivered and can apply them practically. · Provide the Training and Organizational Development Department with training participant results for appropriate follow-up.
