**Main Responsibilities**
* **Planning and Control:** Organize workshop operations to maximize mechanical availability and meet preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
* **Quality Management:** Supervise repair processes to ensure quality standards and participate in external or internal audits.
* **Resource Administration:** Control tool inventory, supervise responsible disposal of automotive waste,
* **Diagnosis and Budgeting:** Prepare accurate technical diagnostics and generate repair estimates based on vehicle requirements.
**2\. Technical Competencies**
* **Broad Mechanical Knowledge:** Proficiency in gasoline and diesel engines, as well as transmission and braking systems.
* **Technology Usage:** Operation of computerized diagnostic tools and general software.
* **Industrial Maintenance:** Fundamentals of electrical mechanics and machinery.
