




Job Summary: Supervise and coordinate quality activities, analyzing failures, implementing corrective and preventive actions, and leading continuous improvement projects. Key Highlights: 1. Lead continuous improvement projects and defect reduction initiatives. 2. Apply problem analysis and resolution methodologies. 3. Supervise quality technical staff and coordinate inspections. -Supervise daily activities of quality technical staff, ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures. -Coordinate in-process and finished product quality inspections to promptly detect deviations and prevent release of non-conforming products. -Analyze internal and external failures using root cause analysis methodologies and define corrective and preventive actions. -Track closure of corrective actions to ensure effective implementation and prevent recurrence. -Monitor and report quality metrics (rejections, warranties, rework, PPM, etc.) to evaluate departmental performance. -Coordinate immediate containment actions for quality issues impacting production or customers. -Train and develop technical staff on quality topics, inspection techniques, and acceptance criteria. -Apply problem analysis and resolution methodologies (8D, FMEA, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, PDCA). -Manage non-conformities, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). -Control, update, and administer QMS documentation (procedures, work instructions, forms). -Lead continuous improvement projects and defect reduction initiatives.-Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree 7 years of experience Age: between 30 and 50 years Knowledge: Working under pressure, 5S, Root cause analysis, Quality control management, Quality control analysis, Continuous quality improvement Keywords: resident, supervisor, supervisor, assistant manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, team leader, quality, qa
