Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage procurement, quotations, and internal supply control, including supervision of the vehicle fleet. Key Highlights: 1. Job stability REQUIREMENTS: *Age between 25 and 45 years. *Technical Superior University Degree (TSU), incomplete or completed Bachelor’s degree related to the position. *Minimum 2 years of experience in this role and as responsible for Internal Consumables. *Excellent computer and Excel skills. *Flexible schedule and willingness to travel. *Desirable knowledge of automotive mechanics and maintenance. RESPONSIBILITIES: *Prepare quotations with various suppliers and select the most viable proposals in terms of pricing, then submit them for approval. *Maintain control over the company’s internal consumable supplies. *Supervise and manage the vehicle fleet (preventive and corrective maintenance). *Respond to internal department requests for supplies or services. *Keep the supplier database up to date and archive invoices, quotations, and contracts. *Verify that delivered products match purchase specifications and follow up on payments and invoicing in coordination with Accounting.
