Job Responsibilities: Authorize discounts, returns, cancellations, and special invoicing. Supervise general branch operations (sales, warehouse, and customer service). Plan sales strategies and achieve business goals. Coordinate and supervise inventory, cash audits, and secure merchandise arrangement. Monitor and improve customer service across all areas. Lead, train, and motivate the work team. Ensure proper use of machinery and protective equipment. Manage purchase orders, shipments, and price updates. Coordinate branch opening, closing, and maintenance. Resolve labor conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
